Consider adopting the local law that would impose a six-month moratorium on certain residential development.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the Town's acquisition of the property from Northeastern Industrial Park, Inc. for the new fire training tower and a resolution authorizing the Town's transfer of vacant property to NEIP, as requested by the Town Attorney.

Consider adding the positions of Director of Golf, Golf Professional, and Superintendent of the Transfer Station to the "Flex-Time Policy for Exempt Employees," as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

Consider waiving the building fee associated with wind damage at 317 Church Road, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

Guilderland Central School District’s proposition to transfer property to the Town Vote on school budget, board of education elections, and propositions Tuesday, May 21 from 7am to 9pm at your local elementary school.
Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
In addition, the public may listen and view the meeting on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
