Guilderland Coalition for Responsible Growth (GCRG) is concerned with the speed and lack of transparency
of the approval process for an explosion of massive new development projects proposed throughout the Town.
GCRG was formed to represent the residents’ rightful voice at every step of these new development proposals.
The current officers are:

Treasurer: Gerd Beckmann
GCRG USUALLY MEETS THE 1ST AND 3RD MONDAYS OF THE MONTH AT 7:00 PM

Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting
The agenda for this Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals can be found here. There are 4 Public Hearings scheduled for this meeting, all new cases:
- 1651 Western Ave. Public Hearing for an area variance to replace existing signage for Homewood Suites with new signage exceeding the area and quantity permitted by a previous variance.

1650 Western Avenue. Public Hearing for a special use permit for the conversion of an office building to a local shopping center.

1448 Rocco Drive. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the construction of a pool house and a 6' high privacy fence in a front yard.
